Slowing down is giving rhythm back to the soul, remembering that life isn't a race but a path full of curves and silences. It's realising that the sun is in no hurry to rise, that the sea doesn't rush to reach the sand, and that even flowers need a pause to bloom. When we slow down, the air feels fuller, our gaze gains depth, and even our thoughts learn to walk barefoot. Slowing down is an act of courage. It's choosing to be presence rather than mere movement, because only when we open space between one step and the next does life, finally, reach us.
Hi, I'm Inês!

It was in 2015 that I completed my degree in Marketing at the University of Beira Interior. From there, I gained professional experience across the country, including 2 months in China, an adventure that broadened my view on business, people and cultures.
I realised early on that success doesn't live on strategy alone, but on alignment, intention and energy. That awareness led me, in 2022, to found Negócios com Alma, a new paradigm in the business world, where personal energy is the foundation of everything.
And because I believe knowledge has the power to open doors, I also collaborate with IEFP, helping to train thousands of people in Portugal.
